Immigration

For the past 20 years, Australia has been excessively increasing Immigration intake to grow the population. This is one of driving forces of Housing Prices and the lowering in the cost of living for all Australians, as measured by per capita GDP.

Immigration is currently running at 2.5% of population and studies have shown that countries can not provide services if immigration is in excess of 1%.
